Product: Photosmart C4750

A neighbor gave me their old Photosmart C4750. I cannot get it to connect to my network. Everything on my configuration and network test say pass and on and connect. HP Setup does not show up as a wifi option (i print from my iphone), or a bluetooth option, and holding down my routers WPS to try and connect always ends up Erroring out. My HP Smart app also cannot find or recognize any printer. I have already tried resetting my network and still no luck. What else can I do? How would I even restart my printer too?

To better assist you -

 

Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public network ?
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

 

The printer is not compatible with HP Smart App, please install the full-featured drivers from here
