I have tried everything and cannot print. Basic drivers, HP Smart, wifi, USB only, etc.
Windows can see the printer but the jobs are not printed even though they do not stay in the spool queue.
HP Smart says attention required but no other information.

Hi @Pope3,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When facing printing issues with your HP LaserJet M110we printer, especially when there is a blinking exclamation mark or attention-required message, it can be frustrating. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue:
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer cover and check for any paper jams. Remove any stuck paper carefully.
- Make sure there is enough paper in the paper tray and that it is loaded correctly.
Restart Printer and Computer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a minute.
- Restart your computer.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check for Printer Errors:
- On the printer control panel, look for any error messages or codes. These can provide clues about the issue.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the official HP website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
- Download and install the latest firmware if available.
Check Printer Connectivity:
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the computer either via USB or over the Wi-Fi network.
- If using Wi-Fi, make sure the printer is connected to the correct network.
Printer Offline Status:
- Open the Control Panel on your computer.
- Go to "Devices and Printers."
- Right-click on your printer and make sure it is set as the default printer. If it shows as offline, right-click and select "Use Printer Online."
Clear Print Queue:
- Open the Control Panel and go to "Devices and Printers."
- Right-click on your printer and select "See what's printing."
- Cancel all print jobs in the queue.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
- Visit the HP official website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and reinstall them.
HP Smart Troubleshooting:
- Open HP Smart and check for any troubleshooting options or error messages.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to resolve any issues.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date by checking for and installing any available updates.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Yep, did all of that. Exclamation keeps blinking. Prints sent to printer, appear in the jobs list for a moment (as expected), nothing printed, no errors. Apart from 'attention required' in HP smart in the case that it is installed.
I've sent the printer back to see if it can be repaired.
