Hi @TerryR1508
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like you've been through quite the troubleshooting journey! Let me try to help you out.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue with your HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe printer:
Reset the Printer to Factory Defaults: Sometimes, starting fresh can help. You can reset the printer using the embedded web server.
Connect the printer to a network, find its IP address by printing an information page, and then access the embedded web server through a browser.
Navigate to "System" > "Service" > "Restore Defaults".
Reset Wireless Settings: If you're facing wireless connectivity issues, you can reset the wireless settings to setup mode.
Press and hold the "Information" button for 3 seconds, then press the "Wireless" and "Cancel" buttons simultaneously.
Wait for the printer to restart.
Check for Error Codes: If there are any error codes or blinking lights on the printer, refer to the HP support page for specific troubleshooting steps.
HP Smart App Diagnostics: Use the HP Smart app to run diagnostics. It can help identify and resolve common issues.
USB Connection Troubleshooting: If the USB connection isn't working, ensure the cable is securely connected and try a different USB port on your computer.
Also, verify that the correct drivers are installed.
If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
