HP DeskJet 3752 All-in-One Printer

I can not get my printer to connect to my wifi to print from my cell phone which is a Samsung Galaxy  S22 ultra.  But it will print wireless from my laptop.

@Jamie217, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer having a connection issue!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your printer works fine with your laptop but not with your phone. Let’s try to get this sorted out together. 😊

Here are a few steps to help troubleshoot the issue:

Restart Devices

  • Turn off your printer, phone, and Wi-Fi router.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on. This often helps refresh the connection.

Check Wi-Fi Connection

  • Make sure your phone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (sometimes phones connect to a 5GHz network while printers prefer 2.4GHz).
  • Open the HP Smart app on your phone — if you don’t have it, you can download it from the Google Play Store.

Reconnect Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wi-Fi button (or Wireless button) until it starts flashing.
  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the prompts to add your printer.

Clear and Reset the Connection (if the above steps don’t work)

  • Forget the printer from your phone’s Bluetooth/Wi-Fi list.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app.
  • Try setting it up again from scratch using the app.

Let me know how it goes! If it still isn’t working, we can try a few more advanced steps. 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
