When I try to scan to email I get the error 'The printer could not run the Web access test'. 'The printer is configured with a DNS server address that cannot be accessed'. How can I change the DNS address?
Thank you

Welcome to HP Support Community
I would like to help
Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Next try assigning a manual IP Address
1) Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can print a Network Configuration page to obtain the IP address.
2) Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer EWS page on your computer.
3) Go to "Network" tab - General - Select "Network protocols" - Select "Enable IPv4 only" (or similar) - Apply the settings.
4) Go to the “Network” tab – Click on “Wireless (802.11) – Then click on “Network address (IPv4)
5) Click Manual IP
6) If you see a Suggest a Manual IP Address button, click Manual IP address, and the Manual IP addresses are automatically filled out for you.
7) If your page does not have a button to suggest a manual IP address, type the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway using the numbers shown in the report you printed.
Thank you

What's Up KrazyToad! Thanks so much for posting this information. I followed the information step by step and still, in the end, I wasn't able to get my scanner to connect to server when attempting to scan to email. In the end what I needed to do to enable this to work was in the Web Services Set up page, on the Web Services tab, I needed to "Remove Web Services" and then re-enable them. That initiated a new connection to the "hpeprint" account that I had set up previously and gave me a new printer email address. I changed it back to what it was and all was good! Now on my printer, when I select Scan, then scan to email, i have the connectivity to select the existing email addresses or add additional email addresses within seconds! Before, it would circle for a long time and finally show, "Cannot connect to the server". Thanks Again!!!

This Fox did not work for me.
I have also tried rebooting my WiFi and power cycling the printer.
I have reset the network settings on the printer.
I have edited the network address and STILL, I get the error message that the server cannot be found.
Any other thoughts? Is there a hard reset?

THANK YOU Frankieb64!!!! Your solution fixed my problem. I clicked on "Remove Web Services" and then re-enable Web Services and followed the on screen instructions.. Now on my printer, when I select Scan, then scan to email, i have the ability to select the system assigned email address or add other email addresses. My Scan To Email is back up and running thanks to you!!
