Cant connect computer to print says failed and sends me to check with printer manufacturer

To help us get started on resolving your issue, could you please share your HP unit's product number with us?

To understand the issue, can you clarify a couple of things? First, is the printer detected on your computer at all, or does it fail during the installation process? 

Are you connecting via USB or Wi-Fi, and have you tried using a different connection method to see if the issue persists?
