connected this relatively new printer and have it hard wired to the computer. spent 2 hours on line with hp and they ended by responding that the printer cannot be hard wired to the computer. it has to be wireless. it shows that it's connected to the internet and i have no problems printing, but i cannot use instant ink cartridges. they give me an error and tell me that I need to sign up to instant ink. but when i go to the instant ink app, it shows that the printer is already enrolled. I'm lost here.
