I was just on the phone with a support agent who stated that she documented my case giving me a  Case #Edited.(June 6th/2025--approx 4pm EST) She told me an email was sent by her to me while we spoke and that an  offer from HP was on it. That was 15 minutes ago. I still have not received it. I  logged in to my account and that case number was not there. How do I retrieve that case # and continue the discussion?

It appears that you've been in contact with our agent. From the case ID provided, i see that the email has been sent by the agent.
