Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new Officejet Pro 9025e has an eprint email address I'd like to change.  I can't find any guidance and an HP chat session ended abruptly with the support person saying they couldn't figure it out.  I use this feature all the time to quickly forward emails and other things directly to my new printer simply using email.

What is the answer?

  1. Sign in to HP Smart
  2. Under ePrint Preferences, modify the settings you want. Note: Available ePrint settings vary by printer model
  3. Open the Settings tab on the printer control panel. Select “Email”. Select “Accounts
