Steps to Change Email Address Linked with HP Printer:

Access Printer's Embedded Web Server (EWS):

• Ensure your printer is connected to the network.
• Retrieve the printer’s IP address by printing a network configuration page or checking the display panel.
• Enter the IP address into a web browser's address bar to open the printer's EWS.

Sign In to HP Connected:

• Log into your HP account at HP Connected where you manage ePrint settings.
• Find your printer and select it to view connected services.

Disable and Re-enable Web Services:

• Navigate to the Web Services tab within the EWS.
• If necessary, deactivate Web Services to remove the existing email settings.
• Enable Web Services again to generate a new printer email address.

Set New HP ePrint Email:

• Follow the on-screen instructions to set or change the email address.
• You might need to register the printer again if starting afresh with its services.

Update Printer Email Settings:
