Hi @Len94,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I'd be happy to help you reconnect your HP printer to your new Wi-Fi network! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:
Option 1: Using the Printer Control Panel
- Turn on your printer.
- On the printer's touchscreen, go to:
- Setup (gear icon) > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
- Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
- Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password and confirm.
Option 2: Using HP Smart App (if no touchscreen)
- Download the HP Smart app on your phone or PC:
Download HP Smart - Open the app and click “Set up a new printer”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi.
Option 3: Reset Network Settings (if needed)
If your printer isn’t detecting the new network:
- On the printer, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
- Then repeat the Wireless Setup Wizard steps.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
