Hi @Len94,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'd be happy to help you reconnect your HP printer to your new Wi-Fi network! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Option 1: Using the Printer Control Panel

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. On the printer's touchscreen, go to:
    • Setup (gear icon) > Network Setup > Wireless Settings.
  3. Select Wireless Setup Wizard.
  4. Choose your new Wi-Fi network from the list.
  5. Enter your Wi-Fi password and confirm.

Option 2: Using HP Smart App (if no touchscreen)

  1. Download the HP Smart app on your phone or PC:
    Download HP Smart
  2. Open the app and click “Set up a new printer”.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi.

Option 3: Reset Network Settings (if needed)

If your printer isn’t detecting the new network:

  • On the printer, go to Settings > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults.
  • Then repeat the Wireless Setup Wizard steps.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
