@rlancaster, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding a connection issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
If you need to change the Wi-Fi connection on your HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer (for example, after switching to a new router), follow these steps to reconnect it:
Reset the Printer’s Network Settings
Since your printer was previously connected to a different network, you’ll need to reset its Wi-Fi settings:
- Turn on the printer.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi (📶) button and Cancel (X) button together for about 5 seconds until the power light blinks.
- This will reset the printer’s network settings and put it into Wi-Fi setup mode (for 2 hours).
Reconnect the Printer to Your New Wi-Fi
Once Wi-Fi setup mode is enabled, use the HP Smart app to connect the printer:
Using HP Smart App (Recommended)
- Make sure your computer or mobile device is connected to the new Wi-Fi network.
- Open the HP Smart app (Download it from HP’s website if you don’t have it).
- Click Add a Printer and select your HP ENVY 6065e.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to Wi-Fi.
Print a Network Configuration Page (To Confirm Connection)
After setup, you can check if the connection was successful:
- Press and hold the Information (ℹ️) button until all the buttons light up.
- Press the Information (ℹ️) and Resume (🔄) buttons together.
- This will print a Network Configuration Page showing the printer’s IP address and connection status.
Questions to Better Assist You:
- Did you recently change your Wi-Fi router or password?
- Are you using a Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device for setup?
- Do you see any blinking lights on the printer?
Let me know how it goes or if you need more help! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!

@rlancaster, I understand you're facing issues connecting your mobile phone to Wi-Fi. To assist you better, could you provide more details about the issue? Are you unable to connect your phone to any Wi-Fi network, or is this specific to your HP printer setup?
Looking forward to your response
