HP ENVY Pro 6452 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have a HP ENVY Pro 6452 wireless printer that worked fine with my cable ISP but when I upgraded to Frontier Fiber I am unable to add the printer to my new Fiber Home Network. The Frontier Fiber uses a Fiber terminal box that converts the fiber to an Ethernet source and then uses eero Pro 6, Model Number K010011 but neither device has the WPS button. I discovered there is a way to manually add the printer to the network but I am unable to see the IP address on the information printout from the printer. When I use the HP Smart app, using my Samsung 21 with the HP Smart app doesn't work and recommends using a laptop. When I try using my laptop running Windows 10, the wireless setup begins but times out after an hour. I don't believe the HP printer is able to recognize the Wi-Fi 6 but I'm only able to disable the Wi-Fi 6 for 10 minutes on the eero wireless modem and then the process takes longer than 10 minutes and times our with an error message. I've even tried resetting the Legacy Mode after the 10 minutes but I'm not sure if it is fast enough and that's where the disconnect comes and causes the timeout erro. If I'm able to provide the Serial Number of the HP printer, is it possible to get the IP Address so that I'm able to add it manually?

Thank you.
