Product: HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP Printer 7520 will not connect to my wireless router, tried all the HP guides.  Printer is approximately 6 years old.  It worked fine before we changed to an updated modem/router from Cox cable.

Hi @davidlegal 

Photosmart 7520 printer is only able to connect to 2.4G networks.

 

Make sure your new Router-modem is able to provide both 2.4G and 5.0 Ghz, and maybe this should asked with your Internet provider Support.

 

One option could be to disable Band Steering in your Router configuration:
