We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I can’t print to wireless printer since I changed internet providers.  I need to change network ID and password on the printer .  How can I do that? When I try to go into network settings, the screen keeps jumping back to FAX set up which I don’t use.  I do not have  a computer.  I have an iPad and Samsung phone.  My printer is an HP Color LaserJet MFP M183fw.

1. Turn off the printer.
2. While turned off, press the Left Arrow button and Cancel button.
3. While still holding two buttons turn the printer on.
4. Wait for the 'Permanent storage initialization or similar message to show up.
5. Release buttons.

This is useful if you do not have access to the router or you want to bypass the router and print directly to the printer.

Let me know if you have a flex system (Wi-Fi boosters or repeaters) as the setup is much more complicated for routers.
