Hi @AnnKG

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand how inconvenient it is when a change in your internet provider disrupts your printer’s connection. Let’s get your HP printer back online smoothly, even without a CD.

Steps to Delete and Reinstall Your Printer on a New Network

1. Delete the Printer from Your Computer

On Windows:

Open Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners.

Find your HP printer in the list.

Click on it and select Remove device.

Confirm removal.

On macOS:

Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.

Select your printer from the list.

Click the button below the printer list to remove it.

2. Connect Your Printer to the New Wi-Fi Network

On the printer control panel, navigate to Network Settings or Wireless Setup Wizard.

Select your new Wi-Fi network from the list.

Enter the Wi-Fi password carefully.

Confirm the connection.

If your printer doesn’t have a screen or the Wireless Setup Wizard isn’t visible, you can also try the WPS method:

Press the WPS button on your router.

Within two minutes, press the Wireless button on your printer.

The printer should connect automatically.

3. Download and Install the Latest HP Software

Since you don’t have the CD, the best way to get the right drivers and software is to download them from the official website.

Visit the HP drivers page:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

Enter your printer model.

Download and run the full-feature software and drivers package for your operating system.

Follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall your printer on the new network.

4. Add the Printer Back to Your Computer

On Windows:

After installation, go to Settings > Printers & Scanners.

Click Add a printer or scanner.

Select your printer from the list and complete the setup.

On macOS:

Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners.

Click the + button to add a printer.

Select your HP printer from the list and click Add.

Taking these steps should reconnect your printer to the new network and restore full printing functionality.

If you encounter any difficulty during the process, please let me know the printer model and your operating system version so I can provide more specific guidance.
