Changing WiFi on my Office Jet 8620

Trying to change wifi on my Office Jet 8620. Printer panel says network is locked by administrator. Printer was set up by me using a usb cable and an old pc a number of years ago. Do not have either anymore. How do I reset printer so I can set up network on panel. Thanks

I'd like to help!

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
