Hi @Caz5678 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to change the Wi-Fi network on your HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer, follow these steps:
Method 1: Using HP Smart App (Recommended)
Download the HP Smart app:
- If you don't already have it, download and install the HP Smart app from the HP printer setup (HP Smart app)
Reset the Wi-Fi settings on the printer:
- Press and hold the Wireless button (located on the control panel) and the Cancel button together for 5 seconds. The Wireless light should start blinking, indicating the printer is in setup mode.
Connect your printer to the new Wi-Fi network: HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network)
- Open the HP Smart app on your device.
- Tap the + sign to add a new printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network. You'll be prompted to enter the new Wi-Fi network name and password.
Complete the connection:
- Once connected, the Wireless light on your printer should stop blinking and remain solid.
Method 2: Using WPS (If your router supports it)
Press the Wireless button on the printer.
- This will start the wireless setup.
Activate WPS on your router:
- Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your wireless router.
Wait for the connection:
- The Wireless light on the printer should stop blinking and become solid, indicating that it's successfully connected to your Wi-Fi network.
Once your printer is connected to the new Wi-Fi network, you may need to re-add the printer to your devices (computers, smartphones, etc.).
