Hi,
I am having issues with my claim code. Hp ask for the claim code when setting up the subscription for instant ink. My printer did not respond to pressing the information and cancel buttons together to print this page. When I pressed the information button by itself, it printed an overall information sheet which included a claim code. I tried this and a sign came up:
This was very frustrating! I have added my printer on both my mobile and computer devices which both are connected to the same wireless connection. The information sheet stated the printer is connected to the internet and the signal strength is very good. Therefore, I do not understand the problem.
My printer is eligible for instant ink.
I also tried to unlock web services however the info page doesn't want to print.
Not sure what to do, can anyone help?
Please let me know,
Thanks,
Aneeqa

@ANEEQA, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The printer setup is different from regular printers.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!
