Hello I need help with my office printer! It is an office jet pro 9025e printer. I was having problems with the scan to email in the beginning so I decided to do a cold reset to my printer to see if it fixed the issue. As it started back up it asked for the language but I soon got occupied by work so I left the printer in the setup mode. I did not do anything further nor did anyone else. The next day I came in to try to fix it, it showed a screen saying that there was an error and it was turned off and it hasn't finished setting up. It said I had to complete it through scanning or visiting a website to finish the set up. I had used HP Smart before but now it says the printer is offline. I tried the scan doctor, and no luck it was not connecting. I tried connecting it as a new printer but it doesn't show up as it couldn't find it. I also tried unplugging in and waiting 60 seconds but no luck. Please Help!
