Our printer was working just fine and connected easily with our phones, laptops, desktop devices. All of the sudden, none of our devices can register it as being connected to wifi. According to the printer self-diagnostics and reports, the printer thinks it's online on our same network. When we try to print, we get a "your printer is offline" error message. I've tried "forget this device" and then reinstalling it and the same issue happens. We have of course tried unplugging/replugging, resetting the wifi, etc.
I'd like to try resetting the printer and getting it to forget it's ever met us before, and see if that works, but I can't figure out how to do a factory reset.
Or, are there other ideas to get our devices + printer to start talking again?
