Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer is connected to wifi network, but computer is unable to find printer. I tried connecting using the IP address through the control panel, but it wasn't found. HP Print and Scan Doctor could not find the printer, although it did find my ten year old HP printer. I tried adding the WPS Pin, twice, and control panel says  "That didn't work."  I've rebooted both printer and laptop.

 

There seem to be a hundred suggestions on what might work, but nothing seems to work.  I've never had such a nightmare setting up a device.
