I have an HP Envy Photo 7800 All-In-One printer installed, wirelessly. I've had it for a little more than 3 years now and almost a year ago the computer (locally) stopped printing. I was able to print anything from online. I cleared out every printer I had listed, even the print to .pdf printer. My printer then began to work again. Now it's back to not working. I have the HP Smart app, which sees the printer and shows the ink levels, etc. No matter which avenue I take to attempt to install this printer, it just will not install. I have tried everything I can think of to do and have been on the phone with tech support for some of it but we cannot seem to get this worked out. Any suggestions? I just don't know what else to do, short of scrapping it and getting another printer, which I really do not want to do right now. Thank you.

I would like to help
Please uninstall the printer driver from root level and download the full feature software
.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
.) Select your HP Printer
.) Select Uninstall
.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
.) Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
.) Click on the “Drivers” tab
.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
.) Select Ok
.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
.) Close Devices and Printers
.) Restart the computer and download the full feature software Link: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/EN7800/EN7800_Full_WebPack_44.4.2678.exe and follow the onscreen instructions
