Our internet provider sent us a new router and modem for us to change out our existing router and modem. Since then we have had connection problems with all our devices. We have an iPhone 13 , an iPhone 15 and an iPad. None of these recognize that the printer exists.

Hi @JAlaska19,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing connectivity issues with your HP Envy 6052 printer after changing your router and modem. Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this problem.
Check Printer Connection:
- Ensure that your HP Envy 6052 printer is powered on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhones and iPad. You can usually check this on the printer's control panel or through its settings menu.
Restart Devices:
- Sometimes, simply restarting your printer, iPhones, and iPad can help them rediscover each other on the new network. Turn off each device, wait for a few seconds, and then turn them back on.
Verify Wi-Fi Settings:
- On your iPhones and iPad, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and check that they are connected to the correct Wi-Fi network (the one your printer is connected to).
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your HP Envy 6052 printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues and improve compatibility with new network configurations.
Reinstall Printer Drivers (optional):
- If the above steps don't work, you might need to reinstall the printer drivers on your iPhones and iPad. This typically involves removing the printer from your device’s list of printers and then adding it again.
Reset Network Settings (optional):
- As a last resort, you can reset the network settings on your printer. This usually involves pressing a button or navigating through the printer’s settings to restore network defaults. After resetting, you'll need to reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
By going through these steps, you should be able to reconnect your HP Envy 6052 printer to your iPhones and iPad after changing your router and modem.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
