Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Printer was working fine and connect to laptop and wireless internet. We moved and because of that changed internet provider. Have not been able to connect printer to internet or laptop. Have followed all steps trying to connect and use. Internet light blinks and internet symbol shows strength but it only shows it as the light blinks then it disappears only to continue, it does not lock on a strength.

Please do a wireless reset.  This resource shows how it's done:

(at time 0:32, it shows how to do a wireless reset)

 

After a reset, use the HP Smart app to connect printer to the new network.
