I have recently changed my network provider and hence have a new router.
Unfortunately I do not have the installation cd which normally isn't a problem because I have found the installation previously on HP website.
I can connect via USB but I cannot set up the wireless connection.
However, I don't think this is supported and available anymore from HP. It would normally take me through a process of connecting by USB first and the software would set the wireless up automatically.
Just to confirm the printer is a Photosmart C4580 All-In-One and my computer is Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
- Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.
Let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor: Follow the steps from the link: Click here
Note: This printer supports WPA encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thank you for posting back.
Let's prepare your printer for a wireless connection, and restart the printer, computer, and router.
- Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
- Turn off the computer or the device you are trying to print from.
- Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
- Turn on the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
