Hi @Flor42,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand connecting a printer to a T-Mobile home internet network involves a few steps, including adding the printer's MAC address to your router's allowed devices list. Here's a general guide on how you can do it:

Find the MAC address of your printer:

  • On your HP ENVY 4502 printer, you can usually find the MAC address by navigating through the printer's settings menu. Look for an option like "Network Setup" or "Wireless Setup" to find the MAC address.

Access your T-Mobile home internet router settings:

  • Open a web browser on a device connected to your T-Mobile home internet network.
  • Enter the router's IP address in the address bar. This is typically something like 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1. You can find this information in your router's manual or on a sticker on the router itself.
  • Log in to the router's admin interface using the username and password. Again, you can find this information in the router's manual or on the router itself.

Add the printer's MAC address to the router's allowed devices list:

  • Once logged in to the router's admin interface, look for a section related to "Device List", "MAC Filtering", or "Access Control". The exact wording may vary depending on your router model.
  • Find the option to add a new device or add a MAC address. Enter the MAC address of your HP ENVY 4502 printer.
  • Save your changes.

Connect your printer to the T-Mobile home internet network:

  • On your HP ENVY 4502 printer, navigate to the wireless settings menu.
  • Look for the option to connect to a new network. Select your T-Mobile home internet network from the list of available networks.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password for your T-Mobile home internet network if prompted.

Test the connection:

  • Once the printer is connected to the network, try printing a test page from a device connected to the same network to ensure everything is working correctly.

Refer to this document: HP ENVY 4502 e-All-in-One Printer user manual

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
