HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

Hi, I have a printer envy 6020e but I am trying to connect to the home internet so that I can print materials that I need from this printer. However, it’s seems like it is never successful. Anyone has any ideas?

It looks like you're trying to connect your HP Envy 6020e printer to Wi-Fi. Here's how you can approach the setup:

 

Start by resetting the printer’s network settings. Press and hold the Wi-Fi (🔵) and Cancel (X) buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds until the power light starts blinking. This will return the network settings to default.

 

Next, use the HP Smart App for an easy setup. Download and install the app on your phone or PC. Once it's installed, open the app, log in, and select "Set up a new printer." Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to Wi-Fi.
