Product: HP ENVY Photo 6255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My cloud resource informs me my printer is not connected to the internet, however, I am connected.  I've disconnected and reconnected to be sure, but keep getting the same message.  Meanwhile, I'm not getting the expected services as a result.

Where do you see the message that the printer is not connected to the internet?

Are you not able to print or scan?

What services are you referring to?

Kindly elaborate for better assistance.
