I tried every possible solutions for days on end. Now I still can not turn the printer status from offline to online and I am out of options.  What should I do at this point?!

@Jezzica92, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

I understand how frustrating it can be when your HP printer stays offline despite trying multiple solutions. Let’s walk through a few targeted steps to bring it back online and connected to the internet.

Restart Everything

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your computer and Wi-Fi router.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check Network Connection

  • Make sure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • On the printer, check the Wireless icon:
    • Solid blue light = connected
    • Blinking or off = not connected

If not connected, follow this guide to reconnect:
HP Printer Setup (Wi-Fi Network)

Use HP Smart App – Diagnose & Fix

  • Download or open the HP Smart app on your PC or Mac. HP Smart
  • Go to “Diagnose & Fix” (wrench icon on Windows or dropdown on Mac).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to automatically detect and fix issues.

Check Printer Settings (Windows)

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
  • Right-click your printer > See what’s printing
  • Click Printer in the top menu and uncheck “Use Printer Offline”

I hope the information shared has been useful and resolves your concern.

Wishing you a smooth and hassle-free experience ahead!
