@Jezzica92, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
I understand how frustrating it can be when your HP printer stays offline despite trying multiple solutions. Let’s walk through a few targeted steps to bring it back online and connected to the internet.
Restart Everything
- Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Restart your computer and Wi-Fi router.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Check Network Connection
- Make sure your printer and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- On the printer, check the Wireless icon:
- Solid blue light = connected
- Blinking or off = not connected
If not connected, follow this guide to reconnect:
HP Printer Setup (Wi-Fi Network)
Use HP Smart App – Diagnose & Fix
- Download or open the HP Smart app on your PC or Mac. HP Smart
- Go to “Diagnose & Fix” (wrench icon on Windows or dropdown on Mac).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to automatically detect and fix issues.
Check Printer Settings (Windows)
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers
- Right-click your printer > See what’s printing
- Click Printer in the top menu and uncheck “Use Printer Offline”
