Hi@Nicole17Silva,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP DeskJet 3752 All-In-One Printer connecting to network.

I have a few recommendations

  • Click on this link for HP Printer Wi-Fi set up. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1780623-1698506-16
  • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button for at least 3 seconds or until the wireless light starts to flash. On the router, press and hold the WPS button for 3 to 5 seconds or until it shows that the WPS connection process has started.
  • Try connecting the printer to your network manually so that the HP installer can find the printer. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard if you have a touch or text-based control panel, or try Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS). After connecting, try installing the HP driver and software again.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
