Hi I am trying to set up a HPDeskjet 2632 to my wifi and I am getting the below error:

 

You are connected to a 5GHtz Wifi network. However the printer can only be connected to a 2.4Ghtz wifi network.

 

It is then asking me to choose another network?  - I only have 1 WIFI 

 

Can anyone help please with simple steps

Hi @Carly851,

 

I'd like to help!

 

HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer can connect only to 2.4 GHz network.

 

You can contact your ISP and split the network to 2.4 and 5 GHz

 

 You can print using Wi-Fi Direct connectivity or you can connect a USB cable between the printer and computer
