Hi - first post!
I have just had Sky broadband installed and am struggling to get my photosmart 7520 to connect with the router.
I have split the outputs from the router into 5 and 2.4 and am trying to connect to the 2.4 option.
I have managed to connect successfully once or twice and a few prints have then made their way through, but generally the printer just wont connect.
Would ideally like to connect successfully (like I used to with BT) - Sky tell me it an HP problem. If I am unsuccessful at connecting wirelessly, is there a way of connecting my laptop directly to printer just to get me by?

Hi @Beetee36,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with connectivity.
This printer only connects to 2.4GHz.
Ensure the router is broadcasting on both frequencies.
Create a separate SSID named network for each band / frequency.
Connect the printer to the SSID named network for the 2.4GHz.
Example - Dual Band Network - Considerations
SSID_Dual_Band_Example_14
