Hi @Claud9Ram,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It’s incredibly frustrating when a printer that was working just stops with a “driver unavailable” message, especially when you haven’t changed anything. Let’s get it sorted together. Here’s what you can do:

Step 1: Remove and Reinstall the Printer

  1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  2. Click your printer > Remove.
  3. Restart your computer.

Step 2: Download the Full HP Driver

  1. Go to HP's support page for the HP Officejet 4650 Driver.
  2. Download and install the HP Full Feature Software and Driver for Windows 11.

Step 3: Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

  1. Download and install the HP Print and Scan Doctor for Windows 11.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
