Common problems for Connectivity Issues

I recently upgraded my ATT modem and successfully linked all of my devices, including my printer to the new network address. However, when I attempt to link the devices to the printer (which is connected to the network), using the WIFI password that I used to link the devices to the network, I am continually given a message that the password is incorrect. I have attempted this connection on 5 devices in our house - iphones, ipads, and laptop, and get the same message on all of them. 

ATT has advised me that it is a HP issue but I can't get a live person at HP to speak with and need some community advice.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Try the Wireless Setup Wizard (WSW) to connect the printer to the network.  This resource will be useful:

May need to "Restore Network Settings"  first before attempting to connect using WSW.

("Restore Network Settings" tab can be found at time 1:05 in the video)

Green Turtle, thank you, but I have done the steps you are suggesting. My printer is successfully connected to the network. When I attempt to connect my devices to the printer, the devices all indicate the network security password that they ask for, is incorrect. I know I am using the correct password because all devices, including the printer connected to the network using this same password.

Could you share an image of the screen requesting the password?

 

The network password will be present at the back of the router.
