Hi. I have the exact same problem with the same printer as a previous post. I'm trying to connect my printer (which has been previously been on a different wifi) to my new wifi.

The control panel on the printer is tiny and I can't navigate the steps listed. 

Unfortunately, I'm unable to add my serial number and product numbers. 

I see your support had connected privately with more information. Can you help?

Hi,

follow below steps to restore Wi-Fi Setup mode for the printer, see the 'HP DeskJet 2700, 2700e, 2800, 2800e, 4100, 4100e, 4200, 4200e, Ultra 4800, 4900 printers' section below:

Next,make sure your computer or mobile device is connected to the wireless network the printer should be connected to, open the HP Smart app and click the plus sign, then follow the steps on screen by selecting Set up a new printer option to reconfigure the wireless connection of the printer.
