Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Trying to set up and connect my HP Deskjet 3755 printer, tried going through the HP smart app that was recommended and I cannot get it to connect to my network at all, and in the app it comes up saying my printer isn't compatible with the smart app. So I'm so confused on how to just get my printer set-up and just connected.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

 

Once done, connect the Printer to the new Wi-Fi and use the HP Smart App to connect the Printer and the Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2073929-1413451-16
