I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series. I recently moved and we got a new router. I can not connect my printer to the new network. When I press on Wireless setup wizard it states "this feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer." I don't know how to unlock it so that I connect it to the new network that I have.
If someone could please help.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.
You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
