Operating System: Chrome OS

I have an hp printer and Acer Chromebook 14.  We changed our internet provider and the printer is connected to the WiFi, but I can't get it to work with my Chromebook or my Apple iphone.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
