Welcome to the HP Support Community. 


I understand that you want to connect your printer to your personal hotspot. I'd like to help!

Well, it is not advised to connect the printer to the hotspot as it is not stable, instead, you can connect the printer to WiFi Direct.


Check the link and follow the steps from page 139. You may try different browsers if this does not open. Click here
