Hi, we moved back in January and our Internet has changed to the one we originally had saved. I've tried everything to reconnect to WIFI and it just won't. It keeps saying I'm offline. I'm not very technical, so if someone can tell me how to do it easily as I really could do with it up and running, plus I'm paying each month for nothing ta the minute. If tried virtual chat and obviously got nowhere!  TIA
