Hi @thejud,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to connect your HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer to a new wireless network, follow these steps:
Turn on the Printer: Ensure your printer is powered on.
Access the Wireless Menu:
- Press the Wireless button (it looks like a signal icon).
- The wireless light should start blinking.
Enable Wireless Setup Mode:
- Press and hold the Wireless button for about 5 seconds until the wireless light starts blinking.
- This puts the printer in wireless setup mode.
Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Go to your computer or smartphone and open the HP Smart app. If you don’t have it, download it from the Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, or HP's website.
- Click on Set Up a New Printer or the plus sign (+) to add your printer.
- Select your DeskJet 3755 from the list of detected printers.
Choose Your Network:
- The app will prompt you to choose your new Wi-Fi network. Select it from the list.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted.
Complete the Setup:
- Once the connection is established, the printer's wireless light will stop blinking and remain solid.
- You may need to run a test print to confirm everything is working.
