Printer was hooked up when purchased and worked great. I moved a year ago and haven't been able to use it since. It looks like it is connected to the new network but doesn't print

Hi,

Generally, be sure to restore the wireless settings and then reconfigure its connection as listed below for most HP printers:

For any further issues please clarify your printer model to better guide you accordingly.
