Hi,
I have a weird problem with my HP 8500A Plus : all functionnalities work perfeclty except the "Apps" on the front panel. It said that the server cannot be reached. The network connectivity is OK because I can print from my local network and also from internet (by sending an email to the printer from outside my local network).
The IP address of the printer is static and netmask and gateway are correct. I tried with the Ip of my router as primary DNS and also with the DNS of my internet provider but same problem with both.
The firmware of the printer is the last one : LRP1FN1231AR
Could you help me ?

I tried the instructions above...downloading the printer drive, restarting my iMac, and then re-adding the printer.
It wouldn't let me re-add the printer, saying, Unable to communicate with the printer at this time."
My printer says it is on my wireless network.

The router had to be changed about a month ago to give us a static IP address so our new AT&T MicroCell would finally work and the cell phone could work in the house. The router is a TP-LINK. I'm on Windows 8 Dell inspiron 15Z. It used to print ok, on and off, but since we got the new router my husbands older Windows 7 desktop will only print if it is NOT plugged in between the Router's Netgear switch and the HP printer itself. When the ISP tech guys were here a month or so ago my laptop did print, but only when same cord was plugged in. I just reinstalled the driver which got updated 10 14. It recognized this printer wirelessly, but when I try to print it always says it is Offline. And in Chrome/Google eprint it also says that it is offline. I am not a computer tech and have no idea how to find ports or check the router. Ideas?

I have lost my wireless connection between my laptop and pro 8500A. I use ATT modem and cannot reconnect with the WPS button. It worked just fine until 2-3 weeks ago. Can you please advise me on how to correct the problem?
Thanks
