HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to connect my old printer to new laptop on new WiFi ISP. When I turn on the printer, the Wireless light is blinking blue, the WiFi direct light is on.

The setup software cannot find my printer either via WiFi or USB. I have tried to reset the WiFi by pressing wireless and cancel button at the same time, but nothing happens.

Have also tried to print test page by holding down WiFi Direct and Info button at same time - again nothing.

Hi @Annie612

Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with connecting your HP DeskJet 3630 All-In-One Printer to your wi-fi network after changing the ISP.

Please follow the steps listed below to restore the printer to its network defaults and then reconnect it to the network.

Step 1: Restore the printer to its network defaults.
Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel together for three seconds

Step 2: Reconnect the Printer to the network:
1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.
NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.
