Hi @CHELSEADAVE,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Since you've changed your broadband provider and router, you'll need to reconnect your HP DeskJet 4100 series printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
Please follow these steps:
- Make sure the printer is turned on.
- Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button together for about 5 seconds to reset the printer's wireless settings. The wireless light should begin blinking.
- Open the HP app on your phone or computer and select Add Printer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network. Make sure your phone or computer is connected to the new network during setup.
For additional guidance, visit the official HP DeskJet 4100 series support page.
If the printer doesn't appear in the HP app, please let us know whether you're using a Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device so we can guide you further.
Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi
