OfficeJet 3830

There doesn't seem to be any changes to my network or anything else that would have brought this on, but suddenly my OfficeJet 3830 is not connecting to the internet through my home network.  It's been on a wireless connection with a static IP for quite a while and now the Network Configuration Page is showing that it is not connected to the internet.  The wireless connection appears to be good, as the Airport it is connected to recognizes it and recognizes that it has an IP address.  The router can't ping it, though, and I can't access the embedded webserver.  It is showing that it is transmitting and receiving packets per the Network Configuration Page.  There are other devices on that Airport that are connecting to the internet just fine and I've been able to ping all of them.  I have just run out of ink because my HP JetDirect communications aren't getting through...which is how we noticed that this is happening at all.

I suggest you restore the printer's Network Settings and then run the wireless setup wizard again

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings . 2. Touch Restore Network Settings. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
