Hello,
having a strange connectivity issue with some devices. My laptop, a Lenovo Ideapad, sees and prints without issues, but my son's Dell and my android phone, S22 Ultra, see the printer, but get a connectivity error. I have unplugged multiple times, reset the network multiple times, restored to factory defaults and setup, uninstalled and re-installed HP Smart, software is up to date. My laptop still works thru all of that, but no luck with the other devices. I have also uninstalled HP Smart and reinstalled it on my phone as well.
Suggestions?

Since your printer prints without any issues with other devices, I would recommend you contact Dell support for further assistance.
For Android, perform the steps from this document and see if this helps.
Try updating the firmware using your current version of OS. Click here
