My printer lost wifi connection and has been unable to reconnect. I have tried every suggestion - restarting, wifi reset, app support, and nothing has worked! I am willing to try anything, thanks in advance for your help.

If you haven't tried it yet, I have found literally unplugging everything (from the back of the device) - printer - modem - router - and shut down the computer. This seems to reset everything and get it connecting again. Connect/re-plug in everything in this order - router - modem - printer - computer. Good luck!
