Product: HP OfficeJet 4658 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I go to use my printer HP4658 shows an off-line status . I have HP smart and go through all the processes to fix it, but the results are inconsistent and never the same twice. I go round and round all the fix and diagnose options without a satisfactory result. Very frustarting! 

It often says "can't find the printer" and then shows them it screen. I check that the printer is on our WiFi network and it is. I just seem to play about with all the options and all of a sudden the printer shows ready and begins to print. The time I'm wasting, about 20 - 30 minutes every time is frustrating and unacceptable. The printer has worked for more than 2 years without a problem? One of the main complaints I have is the inability to talk to anyone at HP to determine if its just a case of buying a new Printer or doing something that will fix this problem permanently.
